Ingredients

18 portions
  • 125 grams butter
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 250 grams flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Add the butter in the blender .
Add the sugar once the butter looks like an ointment.
Add the egg and the teaspoon of vanilla, and mix.
Sift the flour and add half to the butter mixture. Once integrated, add the other half.
Make a soft dough, wrap it with transparent flim and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Stretch the dough on the floured work table until it reaches about 4 mm thick and, with the mold of your choice cut the cookies.
Put the cookies on the tray with waxed paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with icing sugar.

TIPS

To make chocolate add 2 tablespoons of Cocoa to the flour.
