Preparation
Mix sugar, honey and a pinch of salt in a deep bowl with a whisk. Pour into a pot and heat over medium heat. Add cream and milk and continue beating while cooking.
Allow the mixture to begin to boil and continue beating for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla, beat until well blended.
Divide the cream into 4 glass glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and a half.
Just before serving mix the fruit with the brandy and the lemon juice. At the moment of serving, divide the fruit between the 4 glasses and serve.
