In addition, it is perfect for the family, because it is an individual dessert based on vanilla and white chocolate. Don't forget to accompany your vanilla lava cake with red fruit ice cream.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter for ganache
  • 1/2 Cup of White chocolate for ganache
  • 1/4 of Cup of whipping cream for ganache
  • 180 grams of Butter melted
  • 1 Cup of White chocolate cut into small pieces
  • 6 pieces of egg separate egg whites and yolks
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 2 cups of wheat flour sifted
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoonful of Butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of flour
  • enough of ice cream of red fruits, to accompany
  • enough of raspberry
  • enough of berry
  • enough of mint
  • enough of powder sugar

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the butter with white chocolate and whipping cream. Freeze and reserve.
    In a bowl, combine the melted butter with the white chocolate until the chocolate is melted, stir well, until you get a homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
    In a bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar, until doubled in volume. Add the above mixture slowly in a thin stream and set aside.
    Add the flour with the baking powder little by little, until you incorporate all the flour into the mixture, set aside.
    Beat the egg whites until you double their volume and peaks are formed. Fold in the vanilla essence to the yolk mixture.
    Varnish the mold with the butter and sprinkle with flour, form truffles of white chocolate with the mixture previously frozen and stuff it by half. Add the truffle and cover the mold with the remaining filling. Bake for 18 minutes.
    Serve on a plate with mixed berries ice cream and decorate with fresh raspberries, blackberries, mint and icing sugar.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with fresh mixed berries and mixed berries ice cream.

    TIPS

    You can melt the white chocolate with the butter in the blender.
