Prepare these fun waffle pops with your Vitamix®, you will not believe how easy it is to make them. This recipe for waffle popsicles is ideal to prepare with your children. You can enjoy them for the weekend!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cups butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate, melted
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups colored sparks
  • 1/4 cups peanut, chopped
  • 1/4 cups grated coconut

Preparation

Pour the milk, melted butter, and eggs into your Vitamix® and add the wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Turn on your Vitamix® and increase the speed little by little until you reach speed 5 and blend for 3 minutes.
In a previously greased waffle iron, place the waffle mix and insert a tongue blade or popsicle stick before closing. Cook for 5 minutes or until cooked. Reservation.
Pour the whipping cream, the melted chocolate and the melted butter into the glass of your Vitamix®, close the lid tightly, select speed 1 and turn on, gradually increase the speed until it reaches the maximum. Blend for 1 minute. Reservation.
Cover half of the waffle paddle with the previous sauce, place on waxed paper and individually sprinkle one with the colored sprinkles, another with the peanuts, and another with grated coconut.
Enjoy with a glass of milk.

PRESENTATION

Serve several popsicles on a platter. Accompany with a glass of milk.

TIPS

If you don't have a waffle maker, you can use a previously greased grill to make your waffles.
