Preparation
Blend watermelon with 2/3 parts of coconut water and 4 tablespoons of sugar.
Pour into palette molds filling only ¾ parts and freeze about 1 ½ hours or until frozen. Halfway through the process, insert the pallet sticks.
Blend the rest of the water and sugar together with the mixed salad Eva.
Fill the molds and freeze one more hour or until the palettes are completely frozen.
Desmolda and serves.
