These rich vanilla cupcakes are covered with a vanilla bitumen and decorated with lace. They are ideal for a wedding or a shower.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Prepare a refractory to bake mini cupcakes with the pieces of paper (this recipe pays for 48 mini cupcakes). Oil with vegetable spray.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and whisk with an electric mixer .
Add eggs, milk and vanilla and beat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the dough into the pieces of paper, filling only 1/2 paper (the cupcakes grow a lot). Bake until a toothpick comes out clean 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and remove mold, allow to cool.
Cut strips of lace that cover around the cupcakes and stick with resistol or silicon.
Mix the bitumen with 4 drops of artificial coloring. In the photograph, blue dye was used. With a pastry dulla decorate the cupcakes.
