Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of Great Value® Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt Great Value®
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of Butter at room temperature
  • 1 Cup of Refined sugar Great Value®
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of carrots grated
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Peeled Walnut Great Value®

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients: wheat flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
    In the blender , add the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
    Add the carrot and beat until integrated. Add the powders alternating with the milk and finally add the nut.
    Pour the mixture into the saucers until 3/4 of the layer is filled, bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
