Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, hydrated
  • 1 1/2 cups cookie
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup raspberry, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen
  • 5 leaves basil
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups strawberry, frozen, to decorate
  • 10 leaves basil, to decorate

Preparation

In a blender, crush the cookies.
In a bowl mix the crushed cookies with the butter.
In a removable mold, place the previous preparation in the base, press until it is uniform. Reservation.
In a processor crush the raspberries, strawberries, sugar, basil leaves, add Yoghurt Natural Oikos® and the cream to beat, keep crushing for 2 more minutes.
Dissolve the grenetina in a bain-marie.
Gradually add the grenetine in the processor and pour in the biscuit base, refrigerate for 2 hours.
Unmold and place in an extended dish.
Cut the strawberries in half and add the strawberries and basil leaves.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate decorated with fresh strawberries and basil.

TIPS

Frozen fruits accelerate the cooling process, and the colors of the fruits stay more alive.
