Preparation
Heat the cream with the sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves completely, do not let it boil. Remove from the fire.
Add the liter of yoghurt to the cream with the dissolved sugar.
In a small saucepan, dissolve the two grenetine sachets in a bain-marie with 1/4 cup of water, until it dissolves completely and remains smooth.
Add the dissolved grenetina to the sweetened cream and yoghurt and mix perfectly.
Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for approximately 2 to 4 hours.
Desmolda and serves.
