This gelatin has so few ingredients and so little effort that it seems incredible how delicious it is. Prepare it and dazzle everyone.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 liter natural yogurt, sweetened
  • 1/2 liters cream
  • 2 envelopes natural gelatin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cups Water

Preparation

Heat the cream with the sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves completely, do not let it boil. Remove from the fire.
Add the liter of yoghurt to the cream with the dissolved sugar.
In a small saucepan, dissolve the two grenetine sachets in a bain-marie with 1/4 cup of water, until it dissolves completely and remains smooth.
Add the dissolved grenetina to the sweetened cream and yoghurt and mix perfectly.
Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for approximately 2 to 4 hours.
Desmolda and serves.

PRESENTATION

Add strawberry coulis or any fruit sauce on top of the gelatin already removed from the mold.

TIPS

The amount of sugar can range from 1 to 2 cups depending on how sweet you like it. I recommend using refined or standard white sugar, not brown, because it changes the color and therefore the presentation of gelatin.
