Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 lemons
  • 1 liter Water
  • 3 tablespoons chia
  • 1/4 cups agave honey

Preparation

In a jar pour the water, add the agave honey and mix well. Add the lemon juice, chía and stir well. Serve cold.

saludable y deliciosa Limonada con chia, deliciosa, yo la tomo diaramente pero un poco diferente, en un litro de agua pongo rebanadas de 2 limones y un poco de chia y la pongo a enfriar, no nesesita miel ni azucar, sabe deliciosa y yo he vajado de peso, la tomo todo el dia, Grasias!!!

sugerencia Hidratar previamente la chia en una taza de agua y mover con una cuchara por espacio de 3 minutos antes de agregarla a la jarra de agua  para evitar que se hagan grumos.
