Preparation
Wash and split the tejocotes. Wash and slice the apples and guavas. In a pot, boil the split fruit in 25 cups of water, with the sugar and cinnamon.
When the fruits are cooked, remove from the heat, pour in the red wine and rum to taste. Serve hot.
