Ingredients

7 portions
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 6 prune
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups Jamaica /hibiscus concentrate
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped

Preparation

Mix the water, sugar, raisins and prunes in a saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat; keep boiling over medium-low heat 20 min.
Strain the liquid in a jar; get rid of the solids. Add and stir the jamaica concentrate until it dissolves.
Divide the walnuts into 7 cups for punch. Fill them with warm punch just before serving.
