To kill that thirst, we recommend this traditional drink of the fairs; fresh frosty clay cakes with chili powder and salt, stuffed with grapefruit soda, pineapple pieces, lemon segments, frappe ice, with a fun piquette of tequila, garnitura of orange and lemon. Health!

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of lemon sliced, frosting and decorating
  • 2 pieces of orange cut into slices, to decorate
  • 1/4 of Cup of chilli powder
  • 1/4 of Cup of Salt
  • 1 Cup of ice frappé
  • 1/4 of Cup of white tequila
  • 2 spoonfuls of Orange juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1 piece of lemon just a segment
  • 1 piece of grapefruit just a segment
  • 1 piece of orange just a segment
  • 1/2 Cup of soda of grapefruit

    Preparation

    Rub the edge of your little canteen with the lemon slice.
    Serve on a plate half of salt and half of chile piquin, place the nozzle of the little canteen on the plate to frost half and half.
    Fill your little calabash with frappe ice, add white tequila, orange juice, grapefruit juice, pineapple cubes, lemon wedges, grapefruit and orange.
    Stuffed with grapefruit soda.
    Place the garnitura of orange and lemon in the glass to decorate, served with a straw. Enjoy and share.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the drink in a little earthenware jar frosted with chili accompanied by an orange and lemon garnitura.

    TIPS

    You can use any other distillate to serve your cakes. Or you can prepare them without alcohol. Both are super fun and delicious options.
