Because we know that you love micheladas, this will not be the exception with a fun cucumber flavor and a spicy and spicy touch that only Huichol can give us.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Huichol® Black Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 liter light beer
  • enough lemon
  • to taste chilli powder
  • enough cucumber, cut into slices, for garnish
  • enough lemon, sliced
  • enough spicy gummy

Preparation

For the cucumber michelada, blend the cucumbers with the lemon juice, the Huichol® Black Sauce and the salt. Reservation.
Frost a glass of beer with lemon and chili powder. Reservation.
In a beer glass, serve ½ cup of the preparation from step 1 and fill with 1 ½ cup of light beer, garnish with cucumber slices, lemon and enchilada gummies. Enjoy cold.

PRESENTATION

In a glass of beer, decorated with cucumber, lemon and chili powder, accompany with snacks.

TIPS

If you wish, you can strain the cucumber to avoid the gabazo, or, blend for a longer time to have a much smoother consistency.
