Nothing like a glass of Tinto de Verano so that you forget the summer heat and start enjoying your afternoon off. It is a simple recipe and with ingredients that are at hand. It is a very popular drink in Spain, usually prepared with a young wine or Tempranillo.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 liter of Red wine
  • 1 liter of lemon soda
  • 4 liquid ounces of vermouth
  • 4 pieces of yellow lemon
  • 4 pieces of green lemon
  • 1 piece of orange
  • ice to taste

    Preparation

    Cut the lemons and the orange into thin slices.
    Place the citrus and ice in a jar. Add the wine, soda and vermouth. Stir and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve it in a glass with ice and fresh fruit.

    TIPS

    If you did not get Vermouth, you can replace it with Cognac.
