Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 kilos plum, dry yellow
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, to taste
  • ice

Preparation

Serve the plums in a bowl, cover with water and boil a little until softened.
Drain the water and debone the plums.
Blend with the rest of the ingredients. Strain the preparation.
Serve inside a carafe and add ice to taste.
