Preparation
Put in a bowl the rice, the cinnamon, the vanilla extract and two cups of water, mix. Let stand two to three hours.
After that time liquefy the mixture together with the evaporated milk.
Pour the smoothie into a jar by passing it through a sieve.
Add the cup of milk, sugar and the rest of the water.
