Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 branch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 liters Water

Preparation

Put in a bowl the rice, the cinnamon, the vanilla extract and two cups of water, mix. Let stand two to three hours.
After that time liquefy the mixture together with the evaporated milk.
Pour the smoothie into a jar by passing it through a sieve.
Add the cup of milk, sugar and the rest of the water.

PRESENTATION

Serve with ice and cinnamon powder.

TIPS

You can add almonds to the mixture of rice and cinnamon for a better result.
