This recipe is a good drink for nursing mothers, and is very good to start the day, it is also traditional Mexican cuisine so enjoy a rich dough atole whenever you want.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of Water
  • 4 spoonfuls of cornmeal
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 100 milliliters of vanilla extract

    Preparation
