Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 guavas, mature
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • to taste sugar
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons milk, to dilute corn starch

Preparation

In a pot add water, along with the guavas, and a little sugar.
Boil and let them cook well, until they dissolve and lose their acidity.
Leave it a few minutes, after that time, liquefy them.
Once liquefied, add the liquefied in the pot to be used, then add the liquid milk, milk powder and baking soda. Add the cinnamon slice and let it boil. Move constantly so it will not stick.
Dilute the cornstarch with the tablespoons of milk.
When it boils, lower the heat and add the cornstarch moving quickly to avoid a lump.
Taste and sweeten to taste. Boil 5 more minutes and remove from heat.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany with bolillo, sweet bread or cookies.
