Turkish coffee is also known as Arabica coffee and it is very common to be prepared throughout the Middle East, as well as in some Arab areas of North Africa. It is usually prepared in a kind of copper or brass coffee machine and a very fine ground coffee is used. This coffee is consumed in small cups, well in the style of espresso, since it is also quite concentrated and full-bodied, the result of fine grinding of the Arabica beans.
