Preparation
Wash and peel half of the melon. Remove the seeds and cut into medium pieces. Reservation.
In a glass with a little sugar and water put some fresh mint leaves and grind with a mortar. Remove the leaves.
In a blender add this fresh mint water, chopped melon and natural water.
Blend and strain the water.
Put the water in the blender again, ice to taste and a little natural syrup. Blend again.
