Preparation
Peel the sugar cane and cut into slender sticks.
Remove the core of the apples and cut them into thin strips, repeat the procedure with the pears.
Cut the guavas and the Mexican hawthorn fruit (Tecojotes) into quarters.
Heat the water in a pot, add the fruit and boil for 20 minutes.
Add the tamarind, prunes, jamaica, cloves, piloncillo, sugar and cinnamon, heat until the fruit is cooked.
Serve.
