This delicious shrimp michelada is ideal to keep you fresh and satisfy the craving. It contains ingredients like cucumber, jicama and pineapple that you will love and will fill with explosive and delicious flavors along with a spicy serrano chili flavor.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 cup coriander
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/2 cups red onion, filleted
  • 1 1/2 cups cheap shrimp
  • enough lemon juice, to frost
  • enough salt, to frost
  • enough chilli powder, to frost
  • 1/4 teaspoons Seasoning juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spicy sauce
  • 1 bottle light beer
  • 1/2 cups jicama
  • 1/2 cups cucumber
  • 1/2 cups pineapple
  • enough tortilla chips, for the nachos
  • enough cucumber, in sheet, to decorate

Preparation

Blend for a couple of minutes the lemon juice with the serrano pepper, the coriander, and season with salt and pepper.
In a container or bowl, place the shrimp, the red onion and pour the lemon juice that you liquefied previously. Cover with a little plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
To frost the glass, pour lemon juice on one plate, salt on another, and chili powder on another. With the glass upside down, wet the rim of the glass with lemon juice and then place it over the salt and chili powder.
Once the glass is frosty, pour in the seasoning juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; tilt the glass and carefully add the beer to avoid frothing too much; fill ¾ of the glass. Add a tablespoon and a half of the liquid where the shrimp was marinated.
Add the jicama, cucumber, and pineapple, and finish with shrimp and tortilla chips on top of the glass.

PRESENTATION

Present with vegetables, shrimp and tortilla chips.

TIPS

Season the shrimp very well to give that extra touch of flavor to the beer.
