A homemade version of mineral lemonade, very useful for these summer days.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 10 limes
  • sugar
  • salt
  • water
  • mineral water
  • peppermint, sheets
  • ice

Preparation

Squeeze the lemons and strain the liquid.
Add the lemon juice, the glass of water, the sugar and the salt to a jug, and stir to leave the flavors at the desired point, (take into account that later you will add water, so if, up to this point, the mixture will it tastes a little strong it may be the best, everything according to your taste)
Add the mineral water, the mint leaves, ice and stir.
Help yourself.

PRESENTATION

To present, garnish the glass with a lemon wedge, or dip the slice into the glass.

TIPS

If you can't find mint, you can also serve peppermint, or if you wish, you can omit the herbs. This drink is special for discomforts or illnesses caused by this hot season.
