The homemade chocolate bars are perfect to add to the hot milk and make a rich traditional drink belonging to the Mexican recipes. Bitter chocolate, cinnamon and sugar are ingredients to make chocolate to the cup.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 2 cinnamon powder

Preparation

In a pot pour water and bring to a boil, copper this places a glass bowl (so you do a bain-marie). Add the chocolate and sugar.
Once the chocolate and sugar begin to melt, add the cinnamon and stir until integrated.
Cools the chocolate lightly and pours into molds (previously greased).
Freeze for 1 hour or until the chocolate is completely dry. Remove the tablets and wrap one by one in waxed paper.
Store in a hermetically sealed container in a dark and ventilated place.

PRESENTATION

Wrap each tablet in waxed paper and store in an airtight container.

TIPS

You can add a little vanilla to the chocolate.

Duda En los ingredientes dice:  2 de canela molida. ¿2 cucharadas soperas o cafeteras? o ¿ tal vez 2 rajas?
