Preparation
Heat in an Ades® Chocolate pot, add the cinnamon stick, vanilla essence and cornstarch.
Divide into two parts, to one add the white chocolate and a little red vegetable dye, to another add only red dye, taking care that one is more intense than another.
Pour the mixtures into a cup taking care that they do not combine.
Decorate with big and small chocolates.
