A typical Mexican drink of rice with sugar, I love to drink this drink and add melon cubes and chopped walnuts in the water. Try it that way, you will love the original flavor that gives you these two ingredients.

Preparation
The rice is soaked in typical water for 2-3 hours.
Then transfer to a pot with 6 cups of water and boil until it is cooked and very watery, remove from heat and let cool.
Once cold, strain the rice (squeezing well to remove all its water) and pour the water into a vazo or jug.
Add the sugar and lemon and stir well.
Ice is added and served.
