Ingredients

1 portion
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate seed
  • 1 apple
  • 1 stem celery
  • 1 peach
  • 1 fist Red grapes
  • 1 bunch spinach, cool
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Stop liquefying until you see that all the ingredients are well ground.
Strain the juice so you do not have too many remains of seeds.
