Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 green lemon cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 Cup of tamarind syrup
  • 1/2 Cup of Tequila Herradura®
  • 2 spoonfuls of pequin pepper
  • enough of Salt to frost
  • 1 Cup of ice

    Preparation

    Take a quarter of lemon and pass it through each glass to prepare them for frosting.
    Put the glass on a plate with salt.
    In a blender mix the ice, the tequila, and the tamarind syrup.
    Add the piquin chili.
    Serve in frosty glasses.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with a slice of lemon.

    TIPS

    To frost, you can use chili pepper, sugar or chamoy instead of salt.
