Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 cucumbers, good size
  • chili powder
  • salt

Preparation

We peel the cucumbers.
Once peeled, they are cut in three parts, making sure that the two parts of the ends are the size of a tequila horse.
The edges of the pieces of the ends are leveled, cutting right so that the cucumber can remain vertical. Taking care not to cut so wide so as not to pierce the center of the cucumber.
With the help of a teaspoon we begin to scrape the seeds of the cucumber to form a bowl where the tequila will go.
Frost with chili powder and salt.
The central pieces of cucumber that we do not use are chopped to accompany as a snack with chili, lemon and salt.
