In a bowl, mix the flour with salt, oregano, onion powder, black pepper, and thyme until the ingredients are combined. Add the meat and coat it perfectly with the mixture. Heat oil in a pot and sear the meat for 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic, and fry for 5 more minutes.
