In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, egg, melted butter, warm water, and Chiapas cheese with a spatula until combined and a smooth dough is obtained. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Cut small balls of dough and roll them out on a flat surface with a rolling pin until 3 mm thick. Set aside.
