Ingredients: 600 grams pork steak, in strips; 1/4 onion powder; 2 cloves garlic powder; 1/2 cups achiote, liquid; 1/4 cups vinegar; 1/3 cups pineapple juice; 5 allspice berries; 1 tablespoon oregano; salt; 1 cup tomato purée; 2 morita chiles, clean and hydrated; 1 cup chicken broth; vegetable oil; 3 cups corn tostadas, fried; 1/2 cups pineapple, in cubes, for garnish; 1/2 cups onion, in strips; 1/2 cups cilantro, leaves, for garnish; 1/2 cups sour cream; 1/2 cups panela cheese, crumbled

In a bowl, mix the onion and garlic powder, liquid achiote, vinegar, pineapple juice, pepper, oregano, and salt until you achieve a homogeneous consistency. Pour half of the mixture into a container and add the pork steaks; mix and cook over high heat. Add to the remaining half of the mixture, the tomato puree, the morita chili, and the chicken broth; blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Cook over high heat with a little vegetable oil for 8 minutes.
