Ingredients

10 portions
  • 300 grams milk chocolate chip, chopped milk
  • Error in CompositeNameEnglish::metric NIL

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (in a container over a saucepan with water). Or if you prefer it in the microwave for 20 in 20 seconds, moving so that it does not burn and it falls apart completely. You can add a splash of water in this step.
Place the melted chocolate in a large glass bowl. Let it cool a bit but do not let it solidify again.
Meanwhile, inflate the balloons you want (if you have very young children, I recommend you inflate them).
Prepare a large tray or tray with waxed paper. Place a chocolate "mirror" with the help of a spoon, putting a spoonful of chocolate and spreading it in a circle. Do the same for the entire tray, leaving a space of at least 5 cm between each one.
Dip the bottom of the balloon inside the chocolate bowl, it should cover 3/4 of the balloon at least.
Place them one by one in the chocolate bases that you made previously, this will prevent the balloon from moving and the chocolate bowl has a support.
Let the chocolate harden again and proceed to puncture the balloon. If you feel like they need more solidity, put them in the fridge for an hour.
Serve inside whipped cream, ice cream or fruit.

PRESENTATION

You can present the balloons with the chocolate on a table and let each child "pop" or click the balloon of their favorite color.

TIPS

Use white and dark chocolate. You can mix them up and get cute and delicious combinations. Also add puffed rice or colored sprinkles before the chocolate dries.
