For the cake, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy and it changes color (whiter). Add the eggs one by one, ensuring each is perfectly incorporated; add the baking powder and salt. Incorporate the flour alternating with the orange juice, zest, and sour cream. Once everything is perfectly mixed, pour the batter into a loaf pan, place the sliced almonds on top, and bake for 45 minutes at 170°C. Let the cake rest. Decorate with powdered sugar, serve with a glass of milk, and enjoy.
