Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 apples, peeled, sliced and cored
  • 2 pears, peeled, sliced and cored
  • 1/4 cups unsweetened apple juice, or water
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Preparation

Add the fruit in a pan along with the apple juice and the 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook over low heat until tender for 6 to 8 minutes.
Blend the fruit until you get a smooth puree.
Serve a few tablespoons on baby's plate and serve warm.

PRESENTATION

Serve the porridge warm in a bowl.
