Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter; 1/4 cups onion; 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups celery; 1 kilo ground duck meat; 1/4 cups walnuts, finely chopped; 1/4 cups cranberries; salt and pepper; 3/4 cups whipping cream; water; 3 sweet potatoes, peeled, cubed; 1/2 cups butter; 2 cups whipping cream; 1 orange; cinnamon powder; nutmeg; salt and pepper

Melt the butter in a skillet, add the onion, garlic, and celery, and cook for 3 minutes. Incorporate the ground turkey and cook for 7 minutes. Add the walnuts, cranberries, salt, pepper, and heavy cream. Set aside. Place the sweet potato in a pot with water and cook for 40 minutes or until well cooked and soft. Drain, place in a pot and add the butter, heavy cream, orange zest, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mash and mix until you achieve a smooth puree.
