Ajillo Panela Stuffed Mushroom Cheese

Delicious original snack of Panela LALA® cheese stuffed with garlic mushrooms with a little bit of fresh epazote. Ideal if you have a meeting where you want to share with your guests something delicious.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 Lala® panela cheese, 400 g
  • 1/2 cups olive oil, for the filling
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups guajillo chili, cut into thin rings, for filling
  • 3 cups mushroom, sliced, for filling
  • 1/2 cups fresh epazote, finely chopped, for filling and serving
  • 1 pinch salt, for the filling
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for the filling

Preparation

Cup the panela cheese with a spoon, reserve what you removed from the center for the filling and cut it into squares.
Heat a pan over low heat, add the olive oil, garlic, guajillo chile and mushrooms until they release the juice. Add the epazote, the LALA® Panela Cheese that you reserved for filling and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Cook for 10 minutes and reserve.
Place the LALA® Panela Cheese in an extended dish and fill it with the preparation. Add some croutons and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the LALA® Panela Cheese and fill it with the garlic mushrooms, serve a little croutons to accompany it.

TIPS

To accompany it can be served with crotons, flour tortillas, corn tortillas or cookies.
