This recipe for sandwichón is a hit with kids and adults, and it's good for a children's party or a reunion with children and family.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 package of slice of white bread extra large
  • 1/2 kilo of Turkey ham
  • 10 slices of American cheese
  • 1 Chili pepper in vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of liquid from canned pickled chilies
  • 1/3 of Cup of sour cream
  • 2 soup spoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 soup spoon of mustard
  • 2 packages of cream cheese 190grs (8 oz)
  • 1 can of Bell pepper small
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Cut the edges of the slices of bread.
    Perfectly blend the chopped turkey ham into squares, together with the American type cheese, the chile and the 1/2 cup of the vinegar. There should be a consistency like slightly watery porridge.
    In a bowl, place the previous mixture with the cream, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper and incorporate everything in a homogeneous way.
    On a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and with an immersion hand blender add canned red peppers (pimiento morrón) to taste, until obtaining a light pink color and is well creamed.
    Arrange the bread on a tray in an initial layer of 6 pieces (2x3), and spread with a third of the ham mixture and cover with another layer of bread.
    Continue alternating until it forms three layers and ends with a layer of bread on top and cover it with the mixture of cream cheese and red pepper as a cake frosting.
    Garnish with minced red bell pepper. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

    PRESENTATION

    It can be accompanied with French fries or if you prefer with a green salad.
