This rich blue cheese pate with blueberries and fine herbs, perfect to accompany with toasted wholemeal bread or pita bread and make a delicious snack. It is suitable for diabetics and for the whole family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 350 grams ricotta cheese
  • 115 grams blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry , finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups fine herbs
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons walnut, chopped

Preparation

Add the cream cheese until smooth and add the ricotta and blue cheese.
Add the nuts and blueberries.
Clarify the butter in a pan and serve over the cheese mixture.
Serve with toasted bread or pita bread.
