Bruschetta of Figs and Serrano Ham

A Bruschetta of Figs and Serrano Ham is a delicacy of snack that is super elegant and has a flavor although a little exotic, it is delicious.


5 portions
  • 10 slices baguette bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cups blue cheese
  • cured hams
  • figs
  • arugulas
  • balsamic vinegar


Start the oven on high heat and place the oven rack all the way up.
On a cookie sheet, place all the slices of bread and spread with the olive oil.
Bake until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Turn the slices over and return to the oven for another minute.
Reserve the bread.
Combine the cheeses.
Spread the slices of bread with the cheese mixture, arrange slices of fig on top, then the serrano ham and then some arugula leaves.
Put on a few drops of balsamic.
Arrange the brushettas in a tray and serve.
