Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams beef tenderloin, cut into sheets
  • 2 cups arugula baby
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese, grated at the moment
  • 1 lemon, its juice
  • 1 drizzle olive oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 drizzle balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Serve the beef slices on a plate.
Season the carpaccio, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Add the arugula and grate the parmesan cheese on top.
Add a few drops of lemon and serve at the time.
