Ingredients

10 portions
  • 500 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, parmesan cheese, egg and half a cup of wheat flour until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Form small balls of cheese and pass them in the bread crumbs.
Freeze for 30 minutes and then fry in hot oil.
Serve with your favorite sauces and enjoy.
