Incredible easy snack to share with brie cheese bathed with a delicious sweet and sour marmalade of red pepper, dried cranberry and a spicy touch of habanero pepper. You can prepare it very quickly and comply with any commitment. Accompany it with cookies.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of red bell pepper canned, cut
  • 1/2 Cup of cranberry dehydrated
  • 1 piece of habanero pepper chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 piece of Brie cheese 200 g
  • 1 Cup of nut toast and chopped
  • 225 grams of cookie
  • 20 grams of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat a small pot over medium heat, adding bell pepper, blueberries, habanero pepper, sugar and water. Cook until it reduces and forms the jam not so thick. Remove from the fire. Reservation.
    Serve the cheese and bathe with the jam until perfectly covered. Add walnut on top of the cheese.
    Serve with cookies and garnish with coriander leaves.

    TIPS
