Place in the blender or food processor: the chopped chiles, onion, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, clove, salt, pepper, and cinnamon, and set the time and speed needed to blend the ingredients well. In a skillet, heat the oil on low and pour in the mixture, also adding the piloncillo.
