Ingredients: 2 cups cream cheese; 1/2 cups chorizo, fried; 1/2 cups chistorra, fried; 1/2 cups salami, finely chopped; 2 tablespoons onion powder; 2 tablespoons garlic powder; 1/4 cups Jalapeño chile; 1 tablespoon oregano; 1 cup pomegranate; parsley, chopped for decoration; cookies, or bread, for accompaniment

In a bowl, soften the cream cheese with a spatula, add the chorizo, chistorra, salami, onion powder, garlic powder, jalapeño, and oregano. Mix until you have a homogeneous mixture. In a bowl lined with non-stick plastic, add the cheese mixture and shape it into a ball, as shown in the video. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
