For the cheese cream: We mix the cheese with the cream, add the toasted pistachios, and work until we achieve a homogeneous mass, then reserve in the refrigerator. For the apple jam: We cook all the ingredients on low heat for an hour and a half, after which we remove and reserve in a cool place.
