Ingredients: 1/2 kilos turkey deli ham, thin slices cut at home of 2x2x0.5cm; 1 kilo panela cheese, cut into cubes of 2cm x 2 x 1/2cm thick; 1/4 kilos cranberries; 1/2 kilos American cheese, thin slices, cut at home of 2 x 2 x 1/2 cm; 2 kilos pineapple, "honey drop", sliced into 1/2 cm thick rounds and cut into squares of 2 x 2 cm; 1 cup orange juice; 1 can chipotle chile in adobo sauce; 2 tablespoons honey; 1/2 cubes Maggi seasoning, Maggi seasoning

You already have diced ham, yellow cheese, pineapple, and panela cheese. You will thread a blueberry, a panela cheese piece, ham, yellow cheese, and pineapple onto each skewer, repeating the process until all the skewers are filled according to the number of guests you have planned for. Blend the cup of orange juice with half of the adobo chipotle pepper, 2 tablespoons of bee honey, and 1/2 cube of Maggi seasoning; pour this dressing over the skewers when serving your guests.
