Sauté the onion, garlic, and julienned yellow bell pepper in a skillet. Meanwhile, if you have a grill, cook the chicken on both sides until it looks golden brown. Don't forget to season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, celery salt, or any spice you have at home. Cut it into strips and set aside. Spread cream cheese on each tortilla, place strips of chicken along with a teaspoon of onions with garlic. Finish by adding julienned mango.
