Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, whole, unboned; 4 tomatillos; 1 lettuce; 1 cup onion, pickled; 1 stick achiote paste; 1 avocado; 1/2 kilos dough; vegetable oil; 2 carrots, boiled, and sliced.; 1/2 kilos flour; salt; 3 bitter oranges

Mix the dough with the flour and salt. NOTE... add the flour until it has a good consistency. Once well mixed, proceed to flatten it to shape it into a tortilla. Heat the oil, and once hot, fry the tortillas until they are golden and well cooked. Tear the lettuce into leaves the size of the tortilla, slice the tomato, as well as the carrot previously cooked in water.
